About Us

The Tennessee Community Resource Network (TCRN) is a partnership between the Knoxville Academy of Medicine Foundation/Knoxville Area Project Access and the East Tennessee Health Information Network. It is a state-wide platform to connect community based organizations, traditional health care providers, and behavioral health providers in order to enhance the health and well-being of Tennesseans.
